With something for everyone, we can guarantee that northerners of all ages, will be sent into a hysterical, foot-stomping food dance – even the little ones won’t be able to contain their sugar-fuelled jiggles after they’ve nibbled into our double-dunked, chocolatey crisp churros. Metrolink offers Park and Ride car parks right across the tram network which are free to use for Metrolink customers. The Park and Rides at Bury Interchange, Radcliffe and Whitefield offer a quick and easy way to get to Heaton Park and Bowker Vale stops, both of which are within walking distance of the park. Do you take credit cards at Manchester Eats?
Some exhibitors only accept cash at the Festival. Tickets on sale, are available until the week before the Festival, for payment by credit or debit card. We recommend buying your tickets online in advance, to avoid queues and to save money.
Is there a cash machine on site?
Yes – please note, the card issuer may charge a fee for withdrawals.
Do you cater for vegetarians?
We certainly do! Many of our exhibitors offer vegetarian, vegan & veggie-packed dishes for our meat-free eaters to enjoy (these will be situated in our Healthy Living section.) There will also be Gluten-Free producers exhibiting an array of organic, wheat-free selections for attendees to purchase.
Can I bring alcohol into the festival?
No, BUT there are several alcoholic outlets on-site.
It’s hot out there, can I take bottled water in?
Yes, but it MUST be sealed and will be checked on entry.
Is there anything for children to do?
Yes. There is an interactive Kids Village at Manchester Eats packed with live, skill-boosting demonstrations, vintage fairground rides, sweet treats, arts & crafts, & much more. See our Family Fun section for more information.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes you can but he/she must be on a lead.
Do children have to pay?
All children under 14 go free!
Is Manchester Eats accessible for wheelchairs?
Unfortunately, wheelchair access is entirely weather-dependent. This is due to the festival taking place outdoors and the ground being uneven. Please feel free to get in contact with us beforehand, if you do have any specific requirements that need catering for.
